How Do I Clean My Jewelry?
Most of our jewelry is sterling silver or gold plated, with exception to stainless steel pieces. We suggest using a silver or gold jewelry cleaning 2 cloth system such as Connoisseurs or similar brand. It is a very easy and effective system and protects metal pieces.
To clean stones, we suggest a soft cloth such as microfiber to clean and buff surface. Do not use rubbing alcohol or similar products as this will dull the appearance of glossy surfaces. If needed, a polish such as Flitz brand is recommended, and what we use.
Jewelry Dips are wonderful for all metals, particularly those with detailed areas that are hard to clean with other methods. Simply dip jewelry into the solution and finish polishing according to manufacturers recommendations.

Do you use American made materials?
Yes! Where ever possible, high quality American made materials are used. We also try to source materials locally, or we make items needed ourselves from raw materials.
Can I have an item personalized?
Yes! Absolutely. Please contact us. As there are many variables available, contacting us is the easiest way to have this arranged.
Can I customize an item color?
Yes! We can customize. Contacting us is the best way to arrange this. We have a large variety of colors available. In fact we found if all our customizations were on the drop down menus, it would be difficult to get through!

What gift card amounts do you have?

Can I buy a gift card in an amount you don't have?
Yes. Contact Us. We can arrange to have a gift card in the amount you would like ($ amounts only) added to the store. You will then be able to purchase that gift card through our regular checkout process.
Do you send tracking information?
Yes, you should receive tracking information either through email or text/SMS that you have provided.
I didn't receive my item, what should I do?
Please contact us. We will be able to track your package and correct the situation. Tracking information will be sent to your email or SMS if you have opted in.
